Hello and welcome to my blog! Today, I made a Valentine's Day card for my husband. I used Lawn Fawn and Ranger products. I love all the sparkle and shine! I took a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch A2 piece of Ranger Distress Heavyweight Cardstock and sprayed it with Distress Mica Stain in Cocktail Party. Then, I spritzed some water to get the stain moving. I love how the mica sprays leave you with such glimmering results! I used Lawn Fawn's Radiant Heart Backdrop Die on the stained panel. If I were to do this again, i would cut first before spraying. I have an Anna Griffin Empress and I've never had a problem cutting dies with it before. I had the precision plate and two cardstock shims in my sandwich, and could barely het it to work after multiple passes. I think the mica stain and water softened the cardstock. Once I punched out the diecut panel, I placed hearts around to see what placement looked best. The heart dies are from the Radiant Heart Backdrop die set and Hearts and Stars Min...
